i just had a thought about pe. everybody, or at least most people, here knows that it can be done. these exercises are just the base of everything. be creative or something...like ferrari. i know he was determined and he achieved his goals within a year. that's the key, don't worry about it...just do it. have determination. stretching and jelqing are the main focus...if u dont feel comfortable with them...come up with ur own alternatives. ask urself...do i really want a bigger penis?...if u do then do something about it. its gonna take a while but its damn worth it. i just felt like talking for a lil bit. but to all...good luck and dont give up....make great gains.

I have been researching this forum for two weeks now and have been doing the PE exercises for the same period. Previously, I was considering surgery. I would like to thank all the effort and time (ferari, jordo, jerl, etc.) people have put in.

Having what I consider a small penis (L=5, G=4.75) has always bothered me considerably. My brothers made fun of me growing up and with all my accomplishments this small part about me continues to fester. And how can I talk to anyone about this? Fortunately, my wife through the many years of marriage has not complained except for when one of her friends showed her a porno movie, something I wasn't too happy about but didn't say anything. Just a little comment but still.

I know I will dedicate the time and effort over the next several years. Read all of what you have to say, and do what the task requires. Future writings will not be so rambling in nature. I just wanted to express that all of you are providing a worthwhile service... with all my education, I still am just another %$#@*

My goal over the next three years is L=7 G=6. Do you think this is reasonable. I am in excellent health.

Keep the good work up... errrr you know what I mean.

first off thx for the mention :) we all do our best here ta help each other out and from what we have all read in posts were starting ta gain and gain together because of all the help and sheer determination we give each other :)
i beleave with the hard work and comitment u will reach 7 inches my friend and ta be honest if ur planing on a long spell of pe (3 years) u will be well over the 7 if u reealy want it bad enough :)
all i can say is work hard keep going dont expect to much to soon and in a few months ur brothers will be the ones who feel small :)
the way i have allways seen it is penis size is all in the mind its the men who worry about it not the women.
good luck and keep posting the more help u get the more gains u will too :)
