hey guys ..
can you all tell me a subtitute exersice for the pressured long shlong..im a begginer..started about a week ago..i find it difficult to do the pressured long shlong coz im uncircumsiced..
1 more ques..is it alright to do the pc flec in the flaccid state??

Don't worry about the sliding motion on the pressured LS. Just put pressure with the thumb pushing down around 1/2 inch form the base. You can mix it up by moving the pressure point within in your reps. It's the pressure not the slide that accomplishes what you want. As far as the pc flexes. Yes, flacid! Do 200 to 300 per day.
