hey guys,

I have a question about pc flexing. I've looked around this forum and the penis-health website and I'm a little confused. Are you supposed to do the pc flexes in an erect state or flaccid state? Or should you do both? If you do them in an erect state should you them at the beginning or end of your workout, and how many should you do? I've seen text supporting both, so I'm not sure which method to use.

Also, should I do the stretching routines before or after the jelqing, or both? And, if I happen to only be doing stretching at the time, should I even warm-up for that? Thanks for your help and advice.

Hello vandymac,

Always warm up and warm (cool) down before and after any PE you do.

I suggest you do your stretching before Jelquing. The reason is your dick will be pumped from jelquing which will hinder stretching and your dick may also be a little sore from the jelqs.
If you can, two sessions work best. One for stretching and one for jelquing. That way you can maximize the effects of PE over the course of the day.

PC flexes can be done soft or hard and also during stretching. Both manual and hanging.
PC flexes during stretching is a more advanced exercise.

At your point in PE I would do all my PC flexes at the end of my stretching routine.
You could also do all your pc flexes when you drive, walk, sit in front of your computer, while talking to someone, the list goes on.

Do them while flaccid. If you get a hardon then just do your PC flexes with a hardon.

The problem I see with most guys is they try to get it too complicated. Best approach is to keep it as simple as possible. It doesn't have to be complicated.
