I really wish that new members whould wait until 2 months of PE before asking for the free consultation. At two months you would be better able to understand the logic of what was suggested, and you would be able to customize the suggestions.
However, reps are the best way to think, but use a time frame format. What I mean is as follows: 200 jelqs at about 3 sec per jelq should take about 10 minutes. What you want to do is honestly figure out how much time a day that you are realistically willing to devote to PE, then backfigure that time into reps. For example, if you wante to spend 10 min. stretching, then that would translate into 20 reps of 30 sec. stretches, or some other combination of reps and seconds. If you wanted to do two different exercises then each exercise would get 10 reps at 30 sec. each. It just takes a little paperwork on your part to set up everything in reps. You really should think in reps. It allows you to better focus on intensity rather than clock watching. Ithink that it is a much better strategy.
