Ok I just recived my Pro Solution Pills in the mail and will begin taking them tomorrow ( Sunday ) I read to take them with meals, 3 of them. 3 different meals? All 3 with one meal? Anyone know the best way? And could someone jot down a quick and easy workout to begin with.... I would really be thankful...

All right I don't how to word this but oh well.
I have a 5.5 inch penis erect and I would like to obtain a 7.5-8 inch penis. Girth isn't something I measured so I am not looking to make huge gains in girth. I can do about a 30 minute workout a day and would like to obtain this goal as soon as possible. I have ordered and got a 90 day supply of Pro Solution Pills and hope to make atleat a 1 inch gain by the time the pills are gone. Can someone help me with a workout?

I commented on some workout info in your prior post, but I wanted to comment about a couple of things you said above.
First: measure your EG. You don't need to worry about hugh gains in girth, but you would like to know what's happening. Also, you want to work girth and length for a balanced healthy approach to PE. As far as length, don't count on 1 inch in 3 months. A few quick gainers manage that, but it is not typical. PE is a long term commitment, and you should plan on it. You are leaving yourself open for disappointment and discouragement. This can cause you to quit and giveup on PE. I hope your a quick gainer and you get that inch in the first three months, but if you don't, accept it and move forward and still maintain a positive attitude.

Program, i just wanted to let you know a little about girth. When I first started i only wanted length Gains too. But after reading www.penissizedebate.com and the the thread http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3213 I realized girth is what i really wanted. Thats why I usually end a message in HERES TO MORE GIRTH! Just to keep myself psyched on girth gains, they come slower, but if you check out the calculator on the above link you play with some numbers and realize how big an impact girth is when filling up your girl.
Good luck on the PE.

Hey program,
You are getting great advice in these replys to your post. I think the main thing is to stay focused on your program and be consistent with your workout. If you do, you will be very pleased with the pills and exercise program. Keep us posted and chart your results--length and girth. The calculator is a great way to see your progress after a couple of months.
