View Full Version : more exercises in my routine?

I was just wondering if I should incorporate some more exercises into my routine. Right now I really only do the long shlong and the jelq, but I do each intensely. My jelqs are about 4-5 seconds and I really focus on them and use PC flexes to pump more blood in. My routine now takes about 45 min or so. It pretty much goes like this:

3 min warm up
about 20 min stretch
about 20-25 min jelq
1-2 min cool down

Should I add some more exercises in and maybe replace some of the reps I do now for those? And if so, which exercises would be the best to use. I am going for both length and girth increases. Looking for some veteran opinions but welcome advice from anyone with any thoughts. :)

What have your gains been and are they slowing down or stopping? How long have you been following your current routine? Sometimes change is very beneficial just to hit some new areas. I'll make a suggestion and try to stay within your time frame. Instead of just the LS for the stretch work try this:
20 reps 30 sec each LS Heli, 10 sec. in each of the three directions
10 reps 30 sec each A Stretch
10 reps 30 sec each Downward Stretch
Given your pace and time for the jelqs you are doing around 300 jelqs. Stick with this but finish up your routine with about 5 Slammers. You didn't mention it in your post, but I know that you have been around the forum for awhile. If you got started a little late and your PE routine hasn't been followed for at least two months, then forget about the Slammers for a little while.

Thanks turtle! You're input is always appreciated. And you're right, I have been around for awhile, but haven't been consistant with PE'ing. You busted me! Lol! I also recently just moved and will now be able to fix that. (Wasn't able to get much privacy before) Thanks again!
