Hey guys, I'm trying to gain one or maximum of one and a half more inches in erect length and that's all I want from this program. Along the way some girth would be nice, but length is what I'm striving for. I did the whole consultation thing and not to offend anyone but the consultation is obviously computer generated.

Anyway, just wanted to get a second opinion on my exercise, any comments are appreciated:

Warm Up - 1 minute
LS: 4 sets to straight, left, right, straight again (10 seconds each)
Warm Up - 1 minute
LSH: 5 sets (20 seconds total each)
Warm Up - 1 minute
Jelq: 10 minutes
Warm Up - 1 minute
Power Stretch: 5 sets (15 seconds each)
Warm Down - 1 minute

The Consultation told me to do:

The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes

Which do you guys think I should use? I want to make it a little tougher to gain some faster gains... I mean, with all these guarantees going on shouldn't I see at least half an inch by the end of the year? If not with this routine, what would you guys recommend? Thanx a lot guys!

P.S. I know I'm too new to be doing them, but just out of curiousty, what are Supra Slammers and how are they done? My dream car is a Toyota Supra so I'm really curious, lol.

Welcome to the forum and the world of PE. Obviously the consultation is computer generated, but the suggested workout is better for you than what you were thinking. Forget the multiple 1 min. warmup routine. 3 min at the beginning and 2 min. at the end is much better. The Heli is an intermediate exercise not really for a beginner. The PC weighted will help you better understand how to work your PC. After your comfortable with where it is and how to flex it, make sure you erform 200 to 300 flaccid pc flexes per day. A set of 50 multiple times during the day makes this easy to accomplish. It also gives you something productive to do on a boring commute to work.

:) Greetings Emre - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

You've come to the right place, my friend, to ask your questions, express your opinions, and offer your fellow members some good advice from your personal experiences.

In addition to the good advice that you have already obtained from turtle, I would like to add by saying that...

I certainly understand, like most, that you wish to obtain gains as quickly as possible, but PE is not a race. So, be sure to practice safe PE. Afterall, you are dealing with a very sensitive part of your body.

Assuming that you are just starting out, it is a bit early for you to be obtaining a consultation from P-H.com as these exercises are intended for the more advanced users. The reason I say this...is because you want to get your penis acclimated to the new stresses that you will be placing on it gradually, so as not to cause injury, thus delaying your progress and causing much discomfort. So, with that being said, I suggest that you go back and choose a beginners routine from P-H.com and stick with it for about the first 3-weeks and then progress to the intermediate for about 2-weeks, proceeding to the advanced exercises for yet another 2-weeks. It is at this point that you would have had become familiar with most all of the exercises and can then make use of the free consultation or simply customize your own routine that best suits your needs.

Either routine you have posted above will work...however, keep in mind that the warm-up cloths are most essential at the beginning and at the end of your routines with at least a 3-minute duration to ensure proper treatment to your penis as this help in many ways as you will find out in other postings throughout this forum. You may...if you wish...do warm-up cloths between each exercise...however, that is optional on your part.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest that you read all the sticky threads at the beginning of the Newbie Forum to make the best use of the Mens-Network Forum.

Many of your question can obtained quickly and productively by learning to utilize the Forum Search feature. If you are not yet familiar with this feature, then just click on the following link Step 1 - Use the Forum Search (http://mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3896) to get you started.

Good luck, my friend, and keep us posted on your progress. ;)

Turtle and Edward, thank you both very much for your advice, it is greatly appreciated.

Edward, I understand where you're coming from by saying that PE is not a race. I totally agree. But as far as I realize, most members around here want slow and steady gains because they want massive gains such as 8x6. I have no intention of such gains. I am currently 6.2x5.5 without bone pressed and I want to be 7x6, MAYBE 7.5x6, but that's maximum. And the reason I want some fast gains is not to rush this, I'm one of those people that has to see it to become motivated. I wont be able to do PE for months and months if I don't see any improvement. I'm totally against pills and stuff so this is the only chance I got at this.

Oh, and about the PC flex's. I can already do flaccid kegels anytime I want, standing, sitting, anywhere anytime. I haven't had premature problems since I was 15, I already have total control of my orgasms. So far the longest I lasted in intercourse was 3 and a half hours but that's just because I got too tired. So basically I think I'm going to change the suggested exercise to doing just basic flaccid kegels daily because that's so much easier for me. I just do them randomly when I go to work or when I eat or something.

One more thing, about the double jelq exercises... do you think I should replace the second one with another lenght exercise because I just really mainly want lenght, I'm fine with my girth as it is.

Once again, thanks a lot for your advices. I wish you good luck on your PE journey and hope you meet your goals!

P.S. Lol, i noticed no one answered my question about Supra Slammers... is it some kind of secret or something?

The main idea of slow and steady is that you minimize the chance of injury. As far as motivation wouldn't 1/4 inch in a month motivate you. It sure motivated me. Even a gain of 1/8 is still a gain (In your words improvement). Given your current size, a 7.5 x 6 is very obtainable with in a 6 to 12 month time frame. If your a quick gainer perhaps even sooner. I'm not talking about pills just PE. You shouldn't fool around with slammers until after two good months of PE. Use the search feature for supra slammers and you will find plenty of information. Commit your mind to doing 6 months of consistent PE. That is not that long of a time investment. At that point you can make a decision to continue or quit, but start off with a 6 month framework in your mind. The gains will come, but you need to get that "I want a bigger dick and I want it now," mentality under control.

:) Emre - I concur with all that turtle has stated above.

All questions that you have asked, above...have been answered. Now it is up to you, my friend, to choose what your destiny will be.

Good Luck, and remember, your best interest is at hand...because we're all in this together...to make PE a success. ;)

Turtle, you are absuletely right... if I gained 1/4 an inch in a month it would be MORE than enough motivation. Even an 1/8 would be enough, I just want to see some improvement, something that'll keep me asking for more, that's all...

Thanx a lot for replying once again guys!

You have been getting great advice, and I just want to confirm what they said. But, I had a great jump after 10 weeks. Grew at least 1/4" and was on top of the world. My gains have slowed, but not stopped, but most of that is because I've had to take a break due to schedule.

Glad to have you with us and good to hear your reports. Keep up the good work.
