Question about pills :S

I was wondering wut if u cant swallow the pills? can u dissolve the pills first, take a spoon, pour a little water in the spoon and then put the pill in the water for few minutes and then take the pill? will it still work if u do it that way? cause i cant swallow the pill :S when i try to i feel like throwing up so i dissolve the pills first and then take it? i didnt buy any pills yet cause i want to make sure if it would work the way i take the pills? any suggestions?

Grinding your pills should be no problem, as long as your not griding multiple types together, sometimes the effects cancel each other out or something like that. I don't like to swallow pills myself, so I take a peice of bread and chew it and wait untill I am ready to swallow then I pop the pill in my mouth and just swallow it with the bread, it doesn't get that "stuck in my throat" feeling i sometimes get when swallowing pills.

As long as the chemicals are getting into your body you should be fine :)

When I was younger I used anything from putting pills in jelly to bread, whatever worked. I can take them now without water even. For me it was all in my mind that prevented me from swallowing pills.
