At what age does the penis finally stop growing and filling out?

Havent got a clue, cant be much later than about 20 i would think.

ive heard and read in magazines and web sites etc that its some were around the 16 mark ..
i think its just a person ta person thing tho i think its just a luck of the draw u could stop at 16 or 20 its your body its the most unpredictable thing in the world
