Hi Guys,

Much to my dismay, I have been reading a lot of posts recently about people not believing that all this PE nonsense works.

Now, before i go on, i would just like to stress again that i am in NO WAY WHATSOEVER linked with this site, so dont go thinking that i am just trying to 'fool' all of you bcos im not. Im just a normal guy that wanted to make my dick bigger, and after a year of hard work, i have actually achieved that.

So, for all you doubters, i would just like you to think about the following for a second:

Imagine you are doing a manual stretching routine (like the one i have posted below). Lets stay conservative and say that you are only doing 20 minutes of stretching a day, resulting in tiny, fraction of a mm gains every day - nothing large, just a fraction of a tiny mm each day. Lets say that these fractional mm's add up to about 1 mm over the course of 7 days/1 week. Now as im sure we all agree, 1 mm is a tiny tiny gain.

However, keep doing this week on week for a whole year (52 weeks) and suddenly, you've gained 52 mm, also known as 5.2 cm or 2 bloody inches!!!! That means that if you were at 6", within a year you would be at 8" - MY EXACT GAINS INFACT!

Can u now see how your gains are made? We are'nt talking gains from week to week or day to day, we have to look at the longer picture (no pun intended!). The example above is not using overly inflated figures, its using fraction of a mm gains from day to day, which over the course of a year quickly become substancial.

How many of you think that you could put on a measly mm a week? All of you can!! That is what i am trying to say to you, this stuff REALLY DOES WORK. If you can put the effort in and get that measly 4 mm's a month, 2 solid inches are within reach within no time.

So guys, quit the negative comments and bollocks, just get with the plan and start making some gains!

I have included my original post on the manual stretching routine that i use below, give it a go and see how you get on. Remember to keep up the girth work too (jelq, ferrari trio etc), that will ensure that your girth increases in proportion to your length. Over a year, i managed to put on about 1.5" in girth - you can too!!!

Hi Guys,

Here is a basic manual stretching routine that some of you may like to try. It is the best way of putting on length that i know of - combine it with jelquing and/or the trio of 'Ferrari' exercises (see elsewhere), and im positive that absolutely anyone can pack on some size.

These manual stretching exercises work in the same way that 'hanging' does - i.e. they stretch the penile ligaments. I personally do not fancy hanging weights off my penis bcos i prefer to use my hands instead. I have never done any hanging but i have had great success with manual stretching. Its similar to the long schlong exercise but much more effective bcos its done for longer and its more intense. The ligaments need to be stretched for quite a long time to make any permanent length gains, these exercise achieve that well. Try this:

Sit on the edge of a chair or sofa so that your tackle can hang down to the floor (be 100% flaccid) (NOTE - be sure to warm up first with a 5-10 minute hot wrap). Next you will need to find some sort of padding to wrap around your penis - i simply use my boxer shorts bcos its more handy. Fold your boxers up so that they are in a sort of 5" square then wrap this around your penis (try to keep the rough waistband material and buttons clear!!). Take hold of your penis with your right hand and then stretch it directly down to the floor - Dont pull it out infront, just stretch it right down as if there were weights hanging on it. Your hand should be in roughly the same position as if your were holding your dick to piss, i.e palm facing to the left and thumb on top (dont use an overhand grip). Next, take your left hand and sort of position it next to your right hand so that you are kinda holding with both hands. Your left hand should be pushing your right hand down slightly to increase the resistance. Its kinda hard to explain really but you will get the hang of it when you try it.

Dont grip your penis too tightly, you should use both hands to 'lock in' behind your penis head. This is importnat bcos you dont want to put your penis thru undue stress. You should not be 'holding' or 'gripping' your penis as such, you should have both hands positioned so that they are comfortably locked in behind the head - this will allow you to keep the stretch much longer bcos your hands wont get tired.

Use both hands to really strtech your penis down hard - u should really feel a nice stretch but as with everything, no pain. If you have got ur grip correct, u should be able to sit like this for about 10 minutes. When u have had enuff, gently reduce the downward force on your penis and then slap it against your leg and massage it to regain the blood flow. It will probably feel slightly sore to the touch after the first few times. If you wish, apply another hot wrap to get the blood flowing again.

After that first stretch, i then move onto this next one for about 5 minutes or longer if i have time:

Stand up and place your right foot onto a chair or sofa arm etc. Reach around behind u and take hold of your penis with your right hand (use either bare hands or some padding again if u are sore). Pull your penis out behind you so its kinda underneath your leg/bum and hold the stretch. This produces a killer strtech and you can actually feel your penis being stretched really taught. Hold for as long as u like or do 3 sets of 5 minute stretches etc. Its up to u. I then simply finish the stretching routine with a few 20 second long schlong type things - i.e. strech out to the sides etc.

This manual stretching routine produces some great results and as i said, it works in the same way as hanging does, but in my view - its a lot safer!!!

I do these stretches before my jelquing etc simply bcos i dont like getting pumped up thru jelquing and then stretching it all away!! It feels like i am reversing my hard work!!! I prefer to stretch and then pump myself up with the jelqs, squeezes etc afterwards. Just be sure to warm up properly first.

I am a new member just getting started. I firstwant to personally thank you for all your free advise you have given us guys!! It saved me a lot of $ and time with all your information. It has put me on the right track first off.
I have a question for you my EP is 6 inches it has a down ward curve to it which bothers me is there anyway I can get to have an upward curve when fully erect ? Also when I am erect it doesnt seem to be rock hard its hard but limber.Any suggestions or advise will be greatly appreciated . Thanks again for all your advise.

Hi!

I dont know of any ways to change the curve, but many guys have reported a straightening of a bent penis through jelquing. Give that a go first i guess.

As for making your member harder - pc, pc, and more pc!! The more toned ur pc muscle is, the harder your erections will become. It sounds like u have only just started so give it time and see how it is in a month or two. I do around 2000 contractions a day literally wherever i am - you might like to do the same.

I think pe works, if your doing it right. i think im getting there ya know, im gettin used to doing the execises every day. i really think it will even be more routine after 6 months too, and thats when ill be making the biggest gains. i realize you cant do this crap in 2 months. it takes a year or too to get a big dick, but man its worth it in the end. I also think im doing the stretching right, and thats what ll give the length. I only do 7 minutes a day though. im justy gonna try different @#%$ and see what works. if, after a month, i gain a mm, at least i know im enlarging my dick, but that means ive gatta try somethin more intense.

No calc, you're not getting what i mean - gaining just a measly mm over the course of a week is exactly what you are trying to achieve, bcos over a year it equals out to a very large gain.

Stop trying to get evrything done yesterday, it just wont happen. Did you read my post above, if you did then whats the problem? Thats not fiction, its fact - put on a mm a week for a whole year and you WILL gain two inches, NO LIES, NO BULLSHIT - ITS A FACT. Now stop bloody complaining.

a mm each week is a bloody gain wether its a just a mm or not ,, but see u gained a damn mm. add that up over the year and thats more than u could hope ta gain sittin on ya assess feckin moaning about a small dick right ???
i started body building a few years ago now and at first i was pissed as pissed could be . i mean i expected ta get ta 19 stone in a month lol but shortly relised i was in this for the long halll. just like pe.
i over weeks gained little amounts of weight not much ta shout about but at the end of my first year i looked at what i weigh then and what i weighed now and thought holy @#%$ those little amounts each week have added up :)
its like saving money u put a little in the bank each week yeah??
count the cash up at the end of the year :) its more than the first bloody week right???
all i can say is the man ferrari knows his @#%$ he gained 2 inches doin what he does so for me im a listener of his cos well i dont think id get anywere near 2 inches with out his advice and bloody morale support :)
ps... no me and ferrari aint lovers lmao
