Hase anyone tried to use a heating pad for the warmup and cool down?

It would be a lot less messy, more comfrtable and you could do it in anyroom.

Its a great way to warmup.

I use a microwave heating pad called a "Bed Buddy BackWrap." They sell them at Walgreens for about $15. Holds the heat for about 40 minutes so I can use it for both a warmup and warmdown with one microwave of about 2 minutes.
