Enlargement Device + PE exercises

Just making sure but is it ok to use the enlargement device for the number of hours suggested in the manual everyday

but doing the pe exercies with the included long slong exercise in there as well and have the pe exercises with enough intensity to last over 40 minutes
but of course still follow the 3 day on 1 off 2 day on 1 off routine for the pe exercises only

Think of the ADS as a supplement to your regular PE routine, not as a replacement. Just do your regular routine, and then use your ADS as a supplement to your regular routine.
