I've been on a custom program for about a week and already I'm noticing huge size gains in my flaccid state. My excercise is light but am ramping up:
Warmup: 2 minutes
Long Shlong: 8 minutes
Jelq: 12 Minutes
PC Flex: 5 minutes
Cooldown: 2 minutes
Is the jelq/milking exercise more of a length exercise or a girth exercise? The manual was confusing.
