I thought it might be a good idea for everyone to post there routines. I think it will help a lot of people to see what others are doing and might help them decide on their routines. If you could please include how long you have been PEing, and if you consider yourself begginer, intermediate, or advanced. you can also add what ever else you like but the routine is the main thing.

I have been PEing for almost 3 months now. and have 1 week left on my current routine which is:

Warm up by either wet towel or stretch blood flow 3 minutes
Pressured Shlong 16 reps
Power Stretch 3 reps in each direction
Downward stretch 5 reps (30 seconds each)
Jelq 300 reps
Advanced Jelqs 12 reps
Warm down usually by shower

i consider myself to be an intermediate PEer and have gained .825" in length and .25" in girth. My 6 month goal is to be at 6.75x5.0. My big goal is to be 7.5x5.5 (the 7.5 being NBPEL, so that would be around 7.75 BPEL).

I have been PEing for aprox 3 months, I would consider myself an intermediate PEer. I split my routine into 2 sessions, 1 for girth, and 1 for length.

Morning Routine -

5min Warmup
10 Longsclong @ 10 seconds each direction
15 Longsclong Heli @ 10 seconds each movement (30 seconds = 1 rep)
5-10 reps Power Long Schlong (10 second stech with 5 seconds of PC flex)
5min Wamrdown

Night Routine -

5min Warmup
200+ Jelqs (after my first 100 every 10th is Jelq and Hold)
50 Horizontal movement (my least favorite :P )
10 Uli's with some edging
5min Warmdown

Every now and then I throw in some sliders depending on how pumped I feel.

I don't PC flex as often as i should, when I first started I was all about PC felxes, did them everywhere. Now for some reason they seem to slip my mind, but I get them done when i can.

Hey guys,

I've been PEing for about 7 months now, and consider myself an intermediate/advanced PEer. Over the course of 7 months, I have gained .6 inches (I am Oriental in background so I probably have slower gains), and have just upped my routine with more advanced exercises.

Warm up
9 mins Long Shlong (3 x 1 min reps up, down, neutral)
10 mins LS Heli (20 x 30 second reps)
5 mins Downward LS (5 x 1 min reps)
10 mins Bundled Tunica Stretch (10 x 1 min or 20 x 30 second)
5 mins V Stretch (5 x 1 min)
3 mins Penis Isometrics (6 x 30 second)
200 - 300 Jelqs (Around 20 mins)
As many Supra Slammers as I can do w/o ejaculation
Warm down

If I have some time or strength at night, I'll do a lighter routine of just LS, Heli, and V Stretch for about 20 - 25 mins.

I might be overworking my penis, but thus far I have had no problems. I just REALLY want to do whatever possible to get to that 8 x 6 goal in 3 - 4 years. (Currently 6.0 x 5.1) It will be hard, but I will never give up. No matter what.
