I have PEd for 2 months now. Gained .25" in length nothing in girth.

Is this a good routine:

Morning: Warm Up
200-400 Jelq
5-20 Supra Slammer
Warm down

Night: Warm Up
20-40 Pressured Schlong
20-40 Bundle Tunica
**ONE MORE EXCERSISE (Your suggestion)**
Warm down


NOTE: I will start out with the low reps for each excercise and then move up

Add 20 reps 30 sec. each long schlong heli to your evening workout. As long as your doing the bundled stretches, I would substitute the downward stretch for the pressured schlong. I think that the downward stretch hits the ligs better than the pressured schlong. Your doing enough jelqs jsut make sure that you are concentrating on the intensity. Try to make sure that you take about 4 to 5 sec. per jelq.
