I've just been thinking about that whole size genetics thing, and how that traction device is said to be effective in the progression of length on it's own. I'm thinking of possibly just using that with a solid girth routine and seeing how that turns out. Is this a common technique with pe? I honestly just can't seem to find a stretch that works anymore. I've tried lig work, with A-V stretching and the under the leg stuff and it doesn't seem to work right for me. I'm doing the exercises verbatum too, no luck. I've also tried tunica work, but those are also uncomfortable and don't feel like they're working. It also adds a good 20 minutes to my routine, and it just hasn't gotten any better. I feel like jelqs are doing more for my length than the stretching is. So do you think this is a viable alternative to the manual work? On paper it looks good to me, maybe I should just try it and tell you all how it works out...

have your tried the bundled tunica stretch. I really think that this is a good exercise. Perhaps the ADS is what you need but give the bundled stretches a try if you haven't done so yet.

Indeed I have tried the bundled work, doesn't seem to work. On a side note, I have done each of these stretches as a part of my routine at one point or another, and they've all been dropped due to my feeling of them being inneffective. It really has been kind of a pain, because these days a BP 7.5 doesn't seem to cut it with me. Mainly because that's with a 100% erection. 100% is not something you're going to see until you really get into it, at least that's how it is with me, so having an nbp 7.5 would be nice. I'm also hoping this makes a nice change to my flaccid state which is still between 4 and 5 nbp, although my girth is a 5 when flaccid. I'm ranting now, but anyway, I want me some volume, that's all there is to it.

give the ADS a try and let us know how it works. Sometimes a change is just what your body needs to respond to a new stimulous.
