taking pills not working

hey i have been taking psp pills and i havent noticed any diffrence and all measurments are the same is there somethign wrong here or does it really not work

Hi Monkeyrulez,

Well, I gotta be honest with you. If you don't have a solid exercise routine to back up your pills, then you will get nothing. The pills work to speed up gains, much like steroids to build muscle. And just like steroids, no gain will come if you dont work hard for them.

Now, if you DO have a solid PE routine, then I would say wait for a longer period of time. If two or three months rolls around with nothing in gains, then your routine is not doing what it should. Pills do work, you just gotta work with em.

cheers for the reply, i have noticed a bit of girth increase but thats only cause the skin feels tighter, i will keep on going i am on my 3rd week just now,

what would a good solid routine be and how long should i do each exercise for,
