Make Video Clip Longer

Dear Darren,

Can you make the video clip illustrating the exercises a bit longer. I honestly could not depict or learn anything from the 3 second video. Perhaps 30 secs to 1 min would do.

What do you guys on the board thinks. Just a suggestion in improving the site.

I have thought the same thing several times. I am also not entiely able to understand what is going on with the sqeezing by the hand in the PC girth exercise. Is it only to be done by one finger and the thumb, or by all fingers?
The video appears to indicate only one finger and the thumb. If the clip were longer, it might be more apparent.
