Every time I do this excercise, I get too hard, not rock hard, but a little over 3/4 an erection. Also, this makes the excercise take a long time, since I have to wait for my erection to go down every few seconds. Any suggestions? And are you supposed to count your milks? I've just been doing them by time and not counting.
