Ferrari,
I've noticed in your workout routine posted you don't include any solo pub flexes. There is pub workout incorporated with the girth trio, but not alone. Do you still do pub flexes? Do they need a warm-up? The reason I ask is I could get many done throughout the day seperate from my workout. Any tips or advice is much appreciated.
PS. Thanks for the girth blasters! They seem to be working great so far!
