little red dots

after doing my supra slammers i saw some little red dots on the shaft of my penis not the head. i have heard of dots on the head but never of on the shaft. they went away after i did my warm down, but just wondering if anything i should watch out for.

Nothing to get concerned about, they are a normal response when new to PE.
