Hey guys,

I just joined and Im very excited...but a little confused. My girth is just about 7, but the length is 5.5. I thought Id concentrate only on the length exercises, but I dont know if that would "skinny-out" my shaft, ya know? I also read something about someone going 2 inches in length in a year....tell me! well any help would be appreciated..thanks fellas

oh yeah, and how many days a week do you exercise...Im thinking about actually trying seven but not sure if thats healthy. I lift weights only 4 days a week with weds. and weekends offf

You have a 7" girth!! Thats huge!! Proper beer can stuff!! lol

Dont exercise for 7 days, your body needs rest just like with your traditional weighjt training routine - try 3 on 1 off, or 5 on 2 off etc. See what works best.

Oh and i forgot your previous question!

Lengthening ur shaft will not skinny it out bcos u were lucky enough to be born with that fat 7" girth, therefore it wont shrink (until u get older that is).

Try my manual stretching routine for your length gains - i would concentrate on this solely, with about 10 mins jelquing per session too. You dont need to bother with any girth exercises unless you want to of course, stick to about 30 minutes of stretching a day instead.

i have allways had a feeling that girth is more important than length and ta be honest allways gone threw life knowing that a big dick may attract a girls attention but it sure as hell wont keep it :)
ferrari is right tho get some rest 3 days on 1 day off etc as ur penis tissue needs time ta rebuild,, i like u weight train and have done for a few years now and doing so i relised the main part of my routine was my relax state were i have a full day of just light strecthes and no weights and no work out..
take ya days off u need em as with any program :)

Manual stretching? thats just the "grab and pull for 15 seconds" stuff right?

Hey Danima,

Yeah you've got the idea, but its for much longer than 15 seconds!! Dont think of the long schlong type thing, think instead of hanging simulation.

Manual stretching is done for about 15 - 30 minutes at a time, with really intense stretches on the ligaments. When these ligamenst start to 'loosen' up a bit, ur penis becomes longer - its the only real way of gaining any serious length. The other way is hanging but thats dangerous so strteching simulates hanging but in a safe & controlled way.

Try my routine posted elsewhere - i absolutely guarantee that after two months or doing it exatcly as posted, you will have made a gain. Even if its only quarter of an inch, that adds up to 1.5" over a year!! Thats mega gains!

You must realise that PE is a long term project, forget the fasle claims made here, the only way to gain a decent size is to commit to it LONG TERM. I now own a fat 8x6 penis, but it took me well over a year to get there (9 months of intense work, about 5 of messing about!). I started at under 6" with a skinny 4.3" girth so im chuffed.

You can do this too, but you must commit long term and you must do some sort of stretching.
