Hey. I'm new and I have done the program for 3 days now. After my workout my penis doesnt look bigger like it should. I figured I was probably milking wrong. Can anyone help me here?

Effective jelquin is all about effort, you need to put some effort in to get any results. So many guys just slide a loose ok grip up and down and then wonder why they havent gained!!
Get at least a 50% erection and then grasp your penis with a tight ok grip - your little finger should be on the bottom towards your anus NOT towards your penis head. If it is towards you penis head, you are using an 'overhand' ok grip which is much less effective.
Ok, now take your standard ok grip and slowly slide it up to the head, you should be able to feel the blood being squeezed along infront of your finger and thumb as you slide up. When you reach the head, put ur other hand at the base and take over with that hand as your first hand leaves your penis head - continue like this one hand after the other for at least 5 minutes, prefarbly 10 or 15.
If you are squeezing hard enough and focusing on moving the blood around, your penis should be engorged with blood when you finish and appear much larger and 'heavier'. Really squeeze your ok grip hard on each stroke, if you cant manage it, get down the gym!! lol
