I tried those length techniques that you suggested, but my hand always gets so tired that i can't keep a regular stretch for more than a couple of minutes at a time. i want to do what you said, but i just can't keep a grip for that long. Please let me know.

Hey Cornelius!

I have to admit, the chair stretch exercise (when u are sat down pulling it down) is very intense on your grip. However, if you can get the technique right, you should be able to hold the stretch for at least 5 minutes.

You need to work on 'locking' your two hands in behind the head so that you're not really squeeezing with your hands. When you are squeezing ur dick hard, your grip will fade within minutes. Try to just position them so that both hands sort of press againsit each other and distribute the force both on ur penis and the downward force. Its kinda hard to explain really but just have a play around.

If you cant hold for too long, try doing 5 sets of 3 minute stretches and then work up to 3 sets of 5 minute stretches.

Also, try the behind the leg pull, this is far easier to keep a grip. Dont use any padding, just reach behind with ur bare hand and grab your (unlubricated) penis. This should create a far better grip and u should easily be able to hold for 5 minutes like this. I dont think that anything longer than 5 minutes is good for your penis anyway, u need to give it a shake every now and again!!
