Right now you are doubting the value from a mental perspective. What you need to do is get your head straight on the idea of a dedicated two month effort of very consistent PE. Set up a routine using intermediate exercises, take an accurate measure of BPEL and EG, and religiously commit to a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off of at least 30 min. in duration. Remember, you don't want to break your dick, but you must perform the exercises with intensity. Perhaps your lack of results is a question of intensity as well as dedication and consistency. My point is to commit to two months of real, absolute, dedication then measure again. I'll be very surprised if you follow this suggestion that you won't gain something in two months. Hopefully, this will motivate you and teach you the dedication and effort needed to be successful at PE. I'm suggesting two months because that is long enough to accomplish something, but not so long as to be intimidating.
