View Full Version : Please help with stretching!!!

Here goes: I have been PEing for 6 months now and wearing the size genetics device for 3 months. My girth gains have been so-so (about .5") but I have barely gained anything in length. Being my main goal, I really want to gain about an inch or two in length. I have read through this site and seen claims from other members making great gains in as little as a month or two. Can someone tell me why mine have been mediocre at best??? What can I do to improve my length gains?? Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks!

Actually your girth gains have been good. 1/2 inch in six months is a good solid pace. It would help if you told us what you have been doing as far as your PE routine. It is tough to make suggestions if you don't give us a clue. Some people do have trouble with either girth or length, but not the other. This is a pure guess, but a common reason for little length gains is that people just go through the motions of the exercises without the proper intensity. Intensity is something that each individual has to figure out. There is an obvious risk/reward tradeoff, but if the exercises do not have adequate intensity then the results are less than satisfying.

Thanks for your reply. My routine has changed several times since I started, but here is my current one:

warm up cloth 2-3 min
long schlong 5 reps, 15 sec each direction repeated 2-3 times
upward and downward stretch 5 reps, 30 sec 2-3 times
jelq 100 reps
cool down 2-3 min

My intensity is pretty decent, I pull as hard as I can, lately I sometimes use both hands but I have had blood spots on the head from that. I also sometimes will split my length/girth routines and do them at seperate times of the day.

Do your routine 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off every week
for your stretch work try this.
20 reps 30 sec. each Long Schlong Heli
10 reps 30 sec. each bundled tunica stretch
10 reps 30 sec, each Downward Stretch
Increase your jelqs 50 reps per week, until you reach 300
Follow this routine for at least 2 months and see what happens.

Do a search for "bundled tunica stretch" and you will find a thread by Shafty with an excellent description of the exercise.
