i don't measure everytime i exercies. but here are the results when i do.

can someone tell me why my length and head circum. is going down? am i over exercising, not exercising enough? i usually go 3 days on 1 off, but recently i switched to 1 on 1 off because i was afraid i was over doing it. any help?

I don't know your routine, but you might want to consider doing more then 30 minutes a workout if your doing it every other day. Personally, I think variety is the key to success and will do a different workout every week where, while the core exercises are ever present (Jelq, stretch, and pub flexes) there will be a variety of different exercises that I've learned here and elsewhere done at varying lengths. For example, this upcoming week i will be doing five days straight and i will only be doing a short workout, no longer then 25-30 minutes, while this week i did only four days, each workout lasting over 1 hour. But thats just me. Anyway, since you do it every other day, i suggest a long, hard workout--if you can manage it. I hope this helps.


PS

Don't measure every day, especially after a workout, your results will be fake and eventually disappointing (Once the normal size is restored). Try measuring once a month, on your off day or sometime before a workout on your work day so that the results show a normal, un-exercised erection.

when i would work out 3on 1off i would be really sore and sometimes the 3rd day would be very painful... so now i am at 2on 1off. once in awhile i will measure after workout, but like you said, the measurements are pretty skewed, and i don't use those in my "chart".

i just try to "powertrain". work very hard for a shorter amount of time. just like when you weight train, working very hard for smaller reps builds mass, and working at a more comfortable level for a larger amount of reps tones... i just thought the same applied to this.
