Hi all, small question :D

When I am doing the pub flex exercise (the one you are suppose to get your penis to stand up by using your muscles) I can't seem to make it stand up more than 4-5 times in a roll. What usually happens is that I will stimulate myself until I have an erection, then start doing them and then mid way my penis will go limp and I can't do it anymore.... any tips? Thanx!

That happens to me too......... Is it normal at first?
Will I eventually get better with practice?
I'd love to get some advice!
