View Full Version : Seeking a Lube-less Workout

I am interested in a solid 3 days on, 1 day off penis exercise program. However, and here is the catch, this exercise must be achievable without the use of any lubrication. I am a member of penis-health so I do not require instructions to perform the maneuvers, per say, just which ones and how much. I am not sure wither reps or total time is important when doing a workout but I would like to allocate about 45 mins to the cause, which seems to be a good high-end time allotment (correct me if I'm wrong). Thank you in advance for the workout(s) and to all who have answered my questions in the past.

Well, since stretching doesn't require (or allow for) any lube let's look at the options for girth work. First off, start Dry Jelqing. About 100 reps of dry jelqing is a lot; I think it's a more intense exercise than wet jelqs. You can also do Ulis dry and the combination of those two exercises will give a fairly allround, and intense workout for a few weeks. Just make sure you test the waters before diving headfirst. Reverse Dry Jelqs also works fine, as do Ferrari Head Squeezes. Compression Ulis will allow for a little more expansion and can easily be done dry. Try a few of these out and see which ones you like and then put together an A and a B routine you can try for a few weeks each.
