View Full Version : PC flexes, too many or too hard? plus some more

Hi my question is about the Pc flexes:

Is it best to hold them for short bibs like 2-3 secs and therefore doing many more in shorter time or hold them like 5 secs and for much longer. If u hold 5 secs everytime and in between breaks of a few seconds u would have to get on with it for a whole hour if u want to do 200-300 flexes, provided u can do it from start to finish all in one stretch?

Also sometimes if i ve done a lot i feel the muscles kinda like pressing inside the anal cavity and the area ends up lightly fatigued, is this desirable? cos i think it s the same PC muscle?

third question i know there is one on penis-health, but any other links for jelqing video downloads in particular?

and last of all (for now) is it normal when u jelq to see your erection subside very quickly after let s say 8-10 strokes? if it does it s that jelqing improperly done?

I say mix it up. Do 100 with quick flexes (1-2 seconds) and another set of 50 or so where you hold the flexes for up to 5 seconds.

If you kegel hard between each rep and rap at the base quickly for the start of each jelq you'll be able to do more at a stretch. It's quite alright to take short breaks to regain erection levels. Remember, work smart and hard (pun intended).
