Ive been on this program since April 22 it is now June 21 and i have seen no size gains what so ever..no even in the flaccid state. I started this program at 6.2" i am still 6.2".
This is my daily routine :
I workout twice a day with this routine at morning and in the evening..
5 sets of 100 of PC Flexes
10 sets of 10 flexes then hold for 30sec (advanced PC FLEX)
45-50mins of Milking the Cow(Advanced method..i never did the "regular" milks i started off doing the advanced)
10mins of Length Excercise
10mins of Long Schlong
i do this twice a day 6 days a week possibly 7 if i find the time on sundays but usually i cant but i do it twice a day 6 days a week.
Now that its summer vacation i do the same workout but 3x a day Morning,Afternoon,and Evening. Ive been doing this workout since late may till now. But still i have seen no gains what so ever. The only problem i can see to as why i havent seen any gains is unfortunatly i had to take 3wks off from the program because i had to go out of state. I did manage to workout 3x during those 3 weeks but could this be the reason to me not haveing any size gains?? I mean ive read on the boards guys haveing larger gains then me in less the time and less the workout periods..am i just unlucky?? I do each excercise correctly so there cant be a problem in technique. I dont know why i havent seen any size gains can you guys help?? Im not giving up on the program but it is really hurting my motivation to do the program that apparelty isnt working out for me. I also dont think health is a problem since im in football lift weights for an hr a day and run anywhere from 3-5mi every day of the week..i eat right and thake multi-vitamin supplements..so i dont think that could be a factor. But please can someone tell me what im doing wrong or am i just unlucky?? But takeing up all this time to do a excercise that isnt working for me is really hurting my motivation to get up and actually do the program even though i still do it i dont have the motivation i use to at the beginning of the program when i was full of enthusiasm and optimistic...now i seem to be asking myself after every workout whats the point..?
