Feeling like I need to pee all the time

I just need to know if it is normal that after I performed my exercises, I feel like I always need to urinate and this can last for some days and it won't stop until I stop doing the exercises.

Hey billydave, you might want to see a doctor. I had the same problem, turned out to be a urinary infection. Prostate problems can also cause this., including prostate cancer, which is why I got checked. Better safe than sorry.
