Stretcher Parts Help!!!

Ok Guys!! I'm looking to buy the head attachment part like the one on the stretcher at , but I cannot find a place that sells it. I've e-mailed the company, but I have not gotten a response. Does anyone know where I can find this head attachment part?

I take it you have the penimaster made in Germany. You need to include your customer number when corresponding with them.
