Hey guys,

So I find myself in this situation here. Personally, I prefer to do prolonged, basic, intense exercises over more complex ones. My routine as of now has changed to consist of:

Morning:
15 Mins Long Shlong (Up, down, straight) as soon as I wake up

Midday:
15 Mins Long Shlong (Up, down, straight)
10 Mins Long Shlong Heli (20 reps)
5 Mins Downward stretch (5 reps)
3 - 5 Mins Footlong Downward Stretch
200 - 300 Jelqs depending on time (approx. 4 seconds a jelq)

Night:
15 Mins Long Shlong (Up, down, straight) right before bed

300 - 400 PC flexes (3 seconds per flex)

As you can see, this routine is geared mainly towards length, and is comprised of very basic stretches. I know it's good to use advanced exercises and such, but I just have more...I dunno...preference (???) for these exercises. So basically, can a solid routine of basic stretches be just as effective as an advanced stretch routine?

Oh, btw, I do use the sizegenetics device for about 3 hours a day, or as long as time allows.

Help me out here guys :-)

Well, I think that this looks like a pretty good basic stretch routine which can give good gains. The only real "problem" with the routine would be a lack of tunica-specific stretching; you're really hitting the ligs hard but there's nothing for the tunica.
