after 1 day of exercises my dingding is a little to sore
to do the same thing to it the next day
so i do it very lightly onthe second day
which probably isnt doing much
so does anyone go 1 on 1 off and have success
also about success
i notice that after a workout my dick is a lil swollen
so naturally it looks like im making gains
but after my day off its back to normal
then i have to start again to get it pumped up again
so my question is how long before it starts to maintain
what i get it to after working the little puppy out
been doin this for 5 weeks
and i am impressed with how it looks afterwards
i just wish it would start staying where im getting it to

Hi,

Why dont you try doing a split routine - length/stretching one day, girth/jelquing the next. This should give ur 'puppy' adequate rest!!

Make sure that you have at least 2 full days per week of rest with no PE workout in those days off. As for the soreness you should be able to last a few days in a row of PE workouts. Try lightening the load a little as overdoing it can have negative effects.
