View Full Version : Starting workout tomorrow

I've got my prosolution pills coming in tomorrow, and I want to start my workouts. Wondering If theres any experienced members out there that can offer me an exercise guide, of which stretches to do and In what order. Mostly looking for ones with the highest gains. Also have the volumizing pills coming too, should I save them for later seeing as though I have only 1 bottle?

If you don't like that then do a forum search for basic exercises.

If that doesn't work for you then Join (if you haven't already) Penis-Health.com. The site shows you beginner, intermediate and advanced routines along with step by step instructions and videos.

Layziebone7, start doing the beginner routine/s do them for 3 or 4 weeks then graduate to intermediate routine/s and graduate to the advanced routine/s when you feel ready.

That's how I started.

After 3 or 4 months you will have developed your own custom routine.
