I just started this program not long ago, and I found my erection has improved better right after I exercised, and I could hold it up easily now. until where it make you hold your pub muscle for 25 seconds then release, I really still having a h ard time to hold for 25 seconds, any suggestions Darren or anyone? Also I'm still not sure where the pub muscle really is, is it in the place where up to the anus a little when you flex, which that place got up? thanks.

Hi,
Your pc muscle takes time to train, you cannot expect to be able to hold it for ages right from the start. It takes a few weeks of constantly exercising it b4 u reach that level.
When u next take a piss, stop the stream mid-piss - that is your pc muscle that is doing that. It is right inbetween your anus and your balls. Start off by doing 200 or 300 contractions a day and then move up 1000+. You can do them anywhere - on the bus, in the car at work etc.
Give it a few eeks and ur muscle will be much more developed and 25 seconds will be easy to hold. I can hold mine for over 2 minutes now easily.
Give it time and u will get there

Just one question. Would you happen to know if gains on the pub muscle are permanent or does one have to work at it the rest of their lives?

I would say that they are permanent but im not an expert on this.
They have become like second nature to me anyway now so i will certainly be doing them for a good few years to come! I just give it a flex whenever i think about it really - in the car, sat on the sofa literally anywhere. You dont need to make a specific point of training it, juts throw a 1000 or so into your daily rotuine - not only will this keep things healthy down there, it will also increase you erection strength etc as you move into old age.
Just think, you could be the first porn star pensioner!!!! lol
