I have been Peing for exactly 4 months and I haven't missed 1 session, (3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off). It hasn't been easy and I have made gains. Last week however I began with the flu and I haven't done a workout for 7 days. I'm not sure when I'm going to be strong enough to continue with my workouts. What effect will this have on my progress, or when I start again will I be back to square one. Is it possible I can carry on where I left off? What do the experienced boys think.
