how do you combine use without overtraining?
And what if you began to do body fitness/workout?

The routine would like something like this:

Hang 1 hr in the morning. Do girth exercises in the afternoon and then do manual stretching in the evening.

Physical fitness/weight training has nothing to do do with PE. You can do both PE and physical fitness. All you have to do is find the time.

Since the "recovery" time for ligaments is next to none considering what we're trying to do here (permanently elongate the ligaments), you can easily hang and manual stretch on the same day and possibly even 7 days a week. Girth work deals with tissues that need a break to recuperate/rebuild and thus need more infrequent workouts. I think falcon's routine advice is sound if you can find the time to fit it all in. And since PE has no effect on CNS (that I can see) you can easily get your regular workout in as well. I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for my entire PE career and my gains have been OK I think.
