i have been doing this off and on for a year and a half. Sometimes with great conviction. Yesterday i started it up again. I will do it only for two months to see if i have made any gains at all. Does anyone have any motivational advice. I hear that that ajrferrari guy seems to know what he is doing.
Uh yeah, why is he sought after? Has darren not been doing his job lately?
ajrferrari I want a lot of girth in as little time as possible. I am at 5 inches in girth.
please help me.
p.s. are you the guy with the accent that does a voice testimonial?

No im not the person on the voice testimonial, i haven't made any testimonials at all actually! Im just a normal guy that has made some gains.
As for girth, have a read of my posts elsewhere on this forum - they will help a lot. You seem to of been doing this for quite a while now so you should be ok with these exercises.

do you have any idea as to why i have not seen any gains at all? Here is my routine for three days, with one rest day:
1) soak in warm water for 8 min.
2) jelq for 15 min.
3) while jelqing, whenever i reach 100 jelqs, i will then hold, with my left hand the base of my penis, and with my right hand just underneath the head while doing my pc pumps. i then hold all of the blood in for ten seconds. After, i circulate the blood upwards with my right hand 10 times.
4) when this is over, i then re-soak for 5 min.
5) following the soaking, i stretch for ten minutes.
what is wrong with this?
like i said, i want girth, and a huge head.
please help

Hey Jon,
The only reason that i can think of for not getting gains is simply down to effort. How hard are u training ur penis?
You really do have to give it a good workout, being sure to move the blood around and break down a few cells. Your penis should be slightly swollen and red after a workout. Blood spots and minor bruising are also not uncommon. Have u ever got any of these? If you havent, its my guess that you aren't training hard enough.
15 mins jelquing is fine as a time limit, but if you aint training ur dick hard enuff, you aint gunna gain! Give it a sufficiently hard workout with plenty of effort, and science and nature will take care of the rest. You should be squeezing as hard as ever u can to really push the blood around inside your dick.
Make sure u are getting at least 2 rest days a week too. Overtraining has the unfortunate result of reversing ur gains instead of improving them!!
