Is this a good work out for starting my third month?
warm up 5 mins
long schlong heli 5 mins
power stretch 5 mins
girth 5 mins
jelq 15 mins
warm down 5 mins
if not can someone give me some hints except telling me to do reps rather than timing, as I prefer timing

What exactly is included in the part labeled "girth 5 min"?

the basic grip at base and grip below the head then milk down to base slowly then back up to head slowly and repeat.
but now I am thinking of cutting out girth work as I don't really need it could I just do 15 min stretches in the morning and then 15 min jelqs in the afternoon or at night?

:) Greetings bloggy - If I understand your description for girth exercise, you are referring to Horizontal Movements...Right?
But now you are thinking of taking this exercise out? Ok...but I'm just curious as to what your girth size is now?
If you wish to split your routine...go right ahead.
