my main goal is length and im having problums seening results and if any member that have seen awesome results in lenth or any can you please leave me a ex to do right now im doing the ject, ject and hold, supra slammers i find that when i go to bed for the night that the next day my penis is huge in flacid and thats a great feeling, thank you supra. but im really looking for length and i think i started out at 6in when i started almost a year ago and i lost my log and record book (system crash). so if anyone has one for lenght please let me know

Stretch and jelq. Those are the basics and they work well. What exactly is your routine these days and how far into your PE journey are you?

im doing the ject, ject and hold, supra slammers mainly right now, ive been a member about 8 months and i think i might have seen .5 inch max if that like i said i got a system crash from spyware. im working 3 days than taking off one, when i started i worked 2-1, and im really pushing my ex now and im feeling a much better work out than b4. im just not seeing any legnth gains.

So you're not stretching, only doing variations on the jelq. Throwing in a good stretch session every day (yes, every day) should help you get over that "no length" hump. Cover the angles by stretching straight down, under-the-leg left and right, upward, and straight down again. (You might add the A-stretch eventually but for now go for lig stretches.) Start out at three 30-second stretches for each and move up to five over the next 3 weeks.
