Hey everyone I am looking for a good workout one that has both length and girth routines together but if I had to lean towards one I would rather have girth. anyway I have done PE for quite some time almost 4 years off and on with good results. anyway I had to quit for a while because I was getting some fluid build-up just under the HEAD. So anyway I stopped for about three months and then I started doing jelqs for the next three months and know I am doing some slammers and some ulis now to get ready for a real workout program. Anyway I have always kind of made up my own and had fairly good results. But this time I thought maybe I should try something different. Give me some programs that you think would be good for an experienced PEer. Thanks for the help

For the advanced PE:er I suggest splitting stretching and girth session. You can do them together but it tends to take a long time and then motivation and focus gets lost along the way and some exercises suffer.
For stretching, stick to the basics. Make sure you hit all the angles and get a good grip for each and every stretch. Hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds, more if you can. 5 reps per stretch (can be increased if you need/want) of these:
Straight down
Under-the-leg (left and right)
Straight out
Straight up
Rotary stretch (upwards preferably)
A-stretch
Straight down (yes, again)
You can do all 5 reps for one exercise at once or you can go through the list and do one rep a piece and just do 5 "turns".
For girth, always have jelqing as a base. It's the best overall exercise there is and if nothing else it helps prime the penis for the more advanced stuff. If you're short on time go for 200 jelqs max, first 150 with moderate erection levels and the last 50 with slightly higher erection levels and really flexing your PC muscle before each rep to make sure you move a lot of blood. Follow that with some edging/ballooning for 5 rreps or so and then move into some Ulis. (For that Slammer effect, do supersets of Ulis and jelq-and-holds just like the second half of a Slammer.) 10 reps should get all the blood to the right places. If you feel that you still have anything left to give after that (erection levels will tell you) then do 2-3 Compression Ulis and then call it a day.
Now get to work!! ;)

OK I just have one question about the rotary stretch??? When you are doing the cranks are you just cranking as far as you can with the grip you have or are you constantly regripping in order to kind of twist until you are unable to twist anymore? and im sure you do both directions RIGHT??

For the rotary I generally use an overhand grip if I'm doing them "up" and an underand grip if I'm doing them "down". I use relatively small circles, say the size of a CD, and work about 20-25 turns at a time. It's not a huge arc your tracing so there's no need to change grip. And yes, both directions.
