The Penis-Health Beginners Workout 35-40 mins for the 1st month, the Intermediate 35-40 mins for the 2nd month, and the advanced 35-40 mins for the 3rd, then after that i was thinking i would be ready for the supra slammers.

A slight suggestion. I would do the intermediate level for months 2 and 3. Then I would try the slammers as part of the advanced routine.
