Like I told you in another post, you are one of my heroes. You said in one post that exercises for erect lenght enhancement had certainly increased your flaccid length. May I be so bold has to ask what you mean by "certainly"? Have you had great increases in erect length, or flaccid length, or both? You give the impression of knowing a fair bit. Have you been at this for long?
I hope I am not being too curious. But, you seem to have some good advice. Would you give me some? I have been at this about one month and am especially interested in length and head gains. Currently, I am just barely over average in both length and girth. What would you tell me about length gaining?

Don't apologise about being too curious mate, that is what this PE malarkey is all about - its about helping each other to reach our goals. We're all in the same boat and i have no problems whatosever about sharing my knowledge with others. I have'nt been doing this for a massive amount of time, but at the end of the day i'm making gains - that is what is most important.
I also dont believe in taking a massive 'initiation' period - whats the point? Most sites say to go for about 2 or 3 months before doing any advanced techniques, i think that is way too long. I know its for safety's sake but i view it as a waste of time. Take a couple of weeks to get your penis used to it and then go straight into the advanced stuff. You have already been going for a month now so u are more than ready to really start packing on some size. You know what your penis can take - if it hurts stop,if it doesnt carry on. Your body will soon tell you if you are doing something wrong, so listen to it.
Have you read my post on 'how i gained half inch in a 5 weeks' or something like that? That has an exercise that i call the ferrari mega squeeze and it will work to increase your head size big time! Have a read of that or get back to me here and i will post it again. Another excellent way to increase your head size is simply via your pc muscle. Train it so that you can keep it squuezed for a good few minutes at a time, and then when you are with your lady you can squueze it while she is giving you head or a hand job etc. This will pump your head up considerably and your lady will really notice it!! When i did this first time with my lady, she instantly said "God, why is the head so fat? Its aching my jaw!!!" he he - i was well chuffed!
Its only a temporary fix but if you can hold ur pc muscle for long enough, it works a treat! For permanant head gains, stick to the mega squeezes and try a few other exercises that i can post here if you like? Are you interested? I ill also post some length exercises if you are interested? The best way to increase length is with manual stretching and other similar techniques - have you ever done any of this? Length is the most difficult thing to increase but with time, it can definetely be done.
Could i ask what size you are at now?

I am interested in any ideas or techniques you have to offer, especially length gain techniques. I would love to read anything you have to post. Flaccid gains interest me especially.
Flaccid measurements are difficult for me to determine. I am right around four inches flaccid length and 4 3/4 inches flaccid girth. But it varies. Erect length is exactly 6 inches. Girth is 5 inches erect. The measuring tape tells the same story as six weeks ago. But my eyes say something good is going on. I don't know. I would like to get 6 inches flaccid length and 9 inches erect length. Girth is less a concern. What do you think? Can it be done? How long will it take? What's the best approach?
Please do not feel an obligation to work hard at my questions. It's not like this is your job or something.

Hey guys,
Longjohn - your goals are certainly realistic, i have heard of many guys packing on 3" or more. However, to do this would require LOTS of effort, determination and patience. You cant expect to reach 9" within a year, it would probably take more like two or three. However, a goal of 7-8" x 6" would definetly be achievable within a shorter period of time - aim for this first and then go on to 9" later.
Your flaccid size will increase naturally when your erect size does, there are a few exercises that try and target flaccid size specifically, but i often doubt their effectiveness.
As for your erect length, try doing some sort of manual stretching routine. These types of exercise work in the same way that 'hanging' does - i.e. they stretch the penile ligaments. I personally do not fancy hanging weights off my penis bcos i prefer to use my hands instead. I have never done any hanging but i have had great success with manual stretching. Its similar to the long schlong exercise but much more effective bcos its done for longer and its more intense. The ligaments need to be stretched for quite a long time to make any permanent length gains, these exercise achieve that well. Try this:
Sit on the edge of a chair or sofa so that your tackle can hang down to the floor (be 100% flaccid) (NOTE - be sure to warm up first with a 5-10 minute hot wrap). Next you will need to find some sort of padding to wrap around your penis - i simply use my boxer shorts bcos its more handy. Fold your boxers up so that they are in a sort of 5" square then wrap this around your penis (try to keep the rough waistband material and buttons clear!!). Take hold of your penis with your right hand and then stretch it directly down to the floor - Dont pull it out infront, just stretch it right down as if there were weights hanging on it. Your hand should be in roughly the same position as if your were holding your dick to piss, i.e palm facing to the left and thumb on top (dont use an overhand grip). Next, take your left hand and sort of position it next to your right hand so that you are kinda holding with both hands. Your left hand should be pushing your right hand down slightly to increase the resistance. Its kinda hard to explain really but you will get the hang of it when you try it.
Dont grip your penis too tightly, you should use both hands to 'lock in' behind your penis head. This is importnat bcos you dont want to put your penis thru undue stress. You should not be 'holding' or 'gripping' your penis as such, you should have both hands positioned so that they are comfortably locked in behind the head - this will allow you to keep the stretch much longer bcos your hands wont get tired.
Use both hands to really strtech your penis down hard - u should really feel a nice stretch but as with everything, no pain. If you have got ur grip correct, u should be able to sit like this for about 10 minutes. When u have had enuff, gently reduce the downward force on your penis and then slap it against your leg and massage it to regain the blood flow. It will probably feel slightly sore to the touch after the first few times. If you wish, apply another hot wrap to get the blood flowing again.
After that first stretch, i then move onto this next one for about 5 minutes or longer if i have time:
Stand up and place your right foot onto a chair or sofa arm etc. Reach around behind u and take hold of your penis with your right hand (use either bare hands or some padding again if u are sore). Pull your penis out behind you so its kinda underneath your leg/bum and hold the stretch. This produces a killer strtech and you can actually feel your penis being stretched really taught. Hold for as long as u like or do 3 sets of 5 minute stretches etc. Its up to u. I then simply finish the stretching routine with a few 20 second long schlong type things - i.e. strech out to the sides etc.
This manual stretching routine produces some great results and as i said, it works in the same way as hanging does, but in my view - its a lot safer!!! Try this for a month alongside your normal routine and i guarantee that you will put on at least a quater inch in length - perhaps even a half inch if ur lucky!!!
I do these stretches before my jelquing etc simply bcos i dont like getting pumped up thru jelquing and then stretching it all away!! It feels like i am reversing my hard work!!! I prefer to stretch and then pump myself up with the jelqs, squeezes etc afterwards. Just be sure to warm up properly first.
Letme - great to hear that u are making some gains with the mega squeezes etc - they produce a wicked pump dont they!!! I will post the 3rd exerise sometime over the next couple of days.

Hey Letme!
Right, here goes that 3rd girth exercise that i have been using to great effect in my girth routine. Its an exercise that i picked up off another forum and have slightly adapted it to my own preference. This is a real beauty!!!
As with the other exercises that i have desrcibed, extreme caution should be used when trying them. This one in particular produces an unbelievable pump, and when there is an unbelivable pump - there is also a lot of pressure!
OK, to do this one you will need about an 80-100% erection - Any less and the exercise wont work. Do about 2 slowish jelqs to push some blood into the head end of the penis, contract ur pc muscle REALLY tightly to fill up your shaft with blood and then shut the blood in by using your left hand as a tourniquet grip at the base. Your dick should look really pumped where the blood is being held in. You can release your pc muscle now.
Next, make a really small ok grip with your right hand thumb and forefinger. This needs to be REALLY small - no bigger than 1cm. Position this ok grip on the swollen head of your penis (your little finger should be towards the base of your penis) and then slowly start to slide the ok grip down the head. This requires effort bcos the grip is so tight. Obviosuly you will need to slowly increase the grip as you slide over the head, but it should always be as tight as it possibly can. You are basically trying to slide all the blood out of the head and down into the shaft. This does require practice to get the right feel to the exercise.
Move slowly and then when you get past the head and your grip sort of 'clicks in' under the ridge, hold your hand there and continue squeezing. Both hands should now be squeezing tight and due to the massive amount of blood that you have just squeezed down into your shaft - it should look like a balloon!! Honestly, when done correctly the pump is incredible!! Hold like this for about 10 seconds and then release your base grip first to let the blood flow out.
The most difficult part to this exercise is getting the blood out of the head. To do this, u should really pump ur pc muscle first to really engorge the head with blood. The tighter the head feels, the easier it will be to move your ok grip down and push the blood out.
The other main problem that i have is the sensitivity of sliding it over the head. When you clear the head and click in below the ridge, it can be kinda painful at first. Make sure you use loads of lube!
As iv'e already said, this will take practice but its an absolute killer exrecise. Do 5 - 10 of these and your girth will look huge! Keep it up for a month or so and you are bound to make gains - i did anyway!! There are guys making massive gains with this one!!
Give it a go anyway

I gained half an inch in girth within the first 5 weeks of using those 3 exercises, and im still gaining now. They produce some insane internal pressures which means that providing you allow for rest etc, you really cannot fail to gain. Give them a go stubby....

Oh, and the manual stretching routine added about the same in length over the same period of time. In fact, its nearer 3/4 inch in length gains actually.
And just like the girth gains, my length gains are improving every day.
