I am new to this forum and would appreciate any info you could give. I am currently using a penis stretching device about 5 hrs a day. I am thinking about also adding a jelq workout each day. Has anybody else use this type of a device before? If so, did it actually work? Since jelq is to increase the blood flow to your penis to help girth then why can't a pump work just as good?
Thanks for your time and reply.

Hey growth!

I've used PE on and off in the past, at first with manual jelqing, and then with the Power-Jelq. I must say, I did see some gains, but I wasn't really serious and constant. Those 30-45 min workouts are just too darn long!

Now I'm using the SizeGenetics stretcher, and I've developed quite a serious routine. I'm on my third week, and if it helps, I recommend using the Timecard template included in Microsft Excel (it's under Templates/Spreadsheet Solutions). I keep a log there of hours per day and per week. Every line is a week, and in the Account Code column I keep track of every time I add another 0.5 piece.

I'm sure you folks out there doing several methods/exercises at the same time can come up with creative ways of using this template.

I began the year and the program at 6.25"x5.0" erect. I've achieved some flaccid gains, but I'm sure the good stuff is around the corner. My goal is 8"x6". Doesn't sound too farfetched, does it? I'm 5'9", 165 lbs.

Best to all,

F

Thanks for the info. With this device I have noticed that you must tighten down the head of the penis to keep it from coming out. By doing this it also hurts the circulation of blood to the penis. Have you had this problem? Also, please advise me on what type of workout your doing at this time. Thanks for the help.

Have you seen any gains or are you still about the same. I have tried the jelq method and I agree the workout method just takes to long...

I gained about 0.25" in length with the Power Jelq. Again, I must say that I was very undisciplined. I started at 6".

Currently, I am only seriously using the device and taking the pills that come with it. I also do a girth exercise, but do not adhere strictly to it. I forget the name, but it's the one where you grasp the head, PC flex a few times to pump blood into the shaft, and grasp the bottom and hold 10 seconds. You really see some veins show with that one! And I've never been veiny in that area.

As to circulation with the stretcher, I must say I've never experienced any numbness like you might expect with lack of circulation. However, I cannot by any means go over 2 hours without taking it off because it stings so much. One thing I do to ease that is wedge a piece of gauze where the two ends of the cord meet, because that's where the frenulum gets caught and man does that hurt.

Since I started with the device I haven't seen any erect gains, only flaccid, but I guess that's part of the process. According to the growth table, I shouldn't expect them just yet.

Glad to be of assistance!

F.

How long do you wear this device each day? I have read posts that suggest up to 8hrs? Seems like a long time to me so I have been trying for 5 hrs. You made a comment about seeing results in with the flaccid state, how long did it take? Thanks

Hey growth!

The attached file is my control table. I had to zip it 'cause the system only accepts certain types of files, Excel not included. There you'll be able to see how much time I've been putting in. The flaccid results came during the 3rd week. I honestly could care less about flaccid results, but I guess it's a necessary step in the expansion that ultimately leads to erect results.

I've read the 9 hours a day thing. Honestly, I don't see it happening. I think only once did I hit 8.5 hrs, and that was a really slow day at work (plus some time at home). What usually happens is I have it on for 2 hours, then take it off for a short break, and before I know what's going on the day gets hectic, I have to go to a meeting, then produce some urgent reports, and before I know it 3 hours fly by. Lost time.

It's all about putting the hours in, man! It's not easy to find the time, but it sure beats the 45 minute workouts.

Thanks for the chart. I will use it to keep up the progress with my routine. I bought my device sometime ago and like yourself, time just wasn't on my side. When I first purchase it, I thought gains would come quick and after trying for a short time, I got frustrated and quit. After a long debate with myself I have decided to try again. I gave myself 1 yr to see if any gains would come and if nothing happens by then, I'm going to put it away. What makes things worst is that I have moved and somehow lost the directions. Now I'm just attaching the device and wearing it. I increase the tension every other day. Appreciate your help. Good luck.
