Hey guys been at PE about 11 months now. I read about great gains from some after a very short time. I've gained about
1/4" in length and 1/8" in girth after 11 months and am trying to figure out what I can do differently to gain more for the time invested. Current program is 3 minutes warm up (Ebon's rice sock), 5 minutes stretching out, up, and down. 5 minutes stretching with stress (v stretch), behind standing with leverage.
Bundled tunica stretch both directions 2 reps. 250 wet jelqs. Stretching employs heat from rice sock also. 2 minute warm down. About 30 minutes total. Fairly intense with 3 days on 1 off then 2 days on 1 off. Currently at 6 1/4" BPEL and 5 1/4" girth at midshaft. I'm still motivated but want to see better gains. LOT is about 8:30. Have had some foreskin gain which is good. Flaccid stretch is about 7 1/4" and don't see that changing. Any suggestions appreciated. Could be that age (59) is a factor. Also maybe others are working longer than 30 minutes but after routine hands and arms are pretty beat.
