I been doing this a couple weeks now. On my way to work, about 25 min one way, I listen to music. Its a station that plays old rock, sort of back to back. songs, with only short breaks. This give me about 50 min of kegels breaks included. This takes the boring out of kegeling, if there is such a word. The kegel goes like this.
while listening to the music and making my own beat to the music, I do a slight upward lift of my ass and kegel as I lower my ass, on the down beat. You can get a hard sqeeze going down. It works for me anyhow. This way I don't forget, when I hear music, I get with it. I have no idea how many kegels I do, sometime I do a slow long sqeeze, then sometime, just flutters. Might work for someone else.
