Anyone know if briefs or boxers are best to wear so cells can recoup ok

Some times I like to just wear shorts with nothing underneath. It gives my package plenty of air to breathe. I also go jogging outside like this my package bangs against my shorts. This has toughend it up. Plus the fresh brease feels great blowing against my nuts:)

I don't think it really matters. I wear both.
