earliest age?

I'm interested to hear what you guys think is the earliest age one should consider penis enlargement, is it ever too early? also what is the oldest that a penis will stop developing naturally, that is, without PEing?

The penis stops growing somewhere between 17-25 depending on how fast you develop and other genetic factors. I personally think that controlled PE before this might be more beneficial than "regular" PE (due to the fact that your helping the natural process along) but not everyone agrees. The biggest negative about doing PE as a teenager is that you have no clue. About anything. Period. So handling the control, discipline and dedication involved in PE basically won't work. Most teenagers would think "I want it now", do too much in order get quick gains, probably hurt themselves and possibly stunt their natural growth. So because of that, no one should PE before the age of 18. That's one of the reasons why there's an age limit to these forums.
